Profile

Responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s training strategies and programs, designing e-learning courses, career plans and workshops as well as maintaining relationships with and between employees.

 

Job Tasks:

  • Establish and implement training strategies and programs
  • Assess the individual and organizational development needs of the organization
  • Implement diverse educational methods at the enterprise level such as in-room training and online

  • Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Recruit and supervise the training of specialists in the training and development department
  • Holds many certificates in the field of training as well as media

 

Qualification and Expertise:

  • Master in Journalistic Directing from the Faculty of Arts – Department of Media – Mansoura University
  • Bachelor of Media – Department of Journalism – Cairo University
  • Worked in the field of training and development for more than 7 years
  • Worked in the field of media for a number of satellite channels for 6 years
  • Member of the Egyptian Media Syndicate for more than 10 years
  • Focus on training needs
  • Development and training for mastery and excellence
  • Raising the knowledge and skills outcome

 

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of different training and development methods
  • Ability to deal with e-learning and training platforms
  • Possess experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs and education management systems
  • Possess distinctive communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build a relationship with employees in all departments
