- Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Helping managers develop their team members through a career path
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Recruit and supervise the training of specialists in the training and development department
- Holds many certificates in the field of training as well as media
Qualification and Expertise:
- Master in Journalistic Directing from the Faculty of Arts – Department of Media – Mansoura University
- Bachelor of Media – Department of Journalism – Cairo University
- Worked in the field of training and development for more than 7 years
- Worked in the field of media for a number of satellite channels for 6 years
- Member of the Egyptian Media Syndicate for more than 10 years

Interpersonal Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of different training and development methods
- Ability to deal with e-learning and training platforms
