The first Emirati public prosecutor in Dubai, and I gradually worked and became a first public prosecutor, and after the decree was issued to separate the prosecution from the police, I was summoned to form the public prosecution, and as a result a decree was issued appointing a chief prosecutor to be the first Emirati to hold this position in the emirate of Dubai.
A decree was also issued to be promoted to become the first Emirati public lawyer in the Judicial Authority in Dubai in 1995 and I continued to do so until I obtained a PhD in the year 1999, when a decision was issued to appoint the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Police College, and thus the academic work phase began in 2000, parallel to that I was elected president of the Arab Organization for Admission and Registration in Arab Universities for one two-year term, and in addition to my academic work, I opened the first law firm in Dubai in the year 2003, and it is the first Emirati law firm with a group name, as I now have five offices distributed over the various emirates of the country. While I held a number of positions parallel to my work, namely: Member of the Scientific Council of the Federal Judicial Institute.
